PayOrScam is built and operated by Suntec AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801), led by Gilbert C. We build AI tools for small businesses.

How we check

Every report is built from verifiable sources: official company registers (Companies House, SEC EDGAR, GLEIF), domain registries (RDAP), Certificate Transparency logs, the Internet Archive, the US Treasury OFAC sanctions list, the IOSCO I-SCAN regulator alert portal, phishing lists (OpenPhish, URLhaus), reverse image search and web/news search. Each finding shows its source and how to verify it yourself.

Our principles

• We describe evidence and never label a company a scam.
• Name-only matches are shown as "possible", never as proof.
• Uploaded files are not stored.
• Businesses can request corrections via our dispute form.

Limits
